[DIY] Pearl Collar

This is an outfit...as well as a DIY. I found this shirt at good old Value Village. Although it isn't photographed,  the back is my favourite! I added all the pearls on the collar. It's not the greatest, but it's good enough for doing it myself. I'm also wearing the new lipstick, Media, that my brother got me for Christmas.
